HealthlinkNY
HealthlinkNY is a Health Information Exchange (HIE) in New York State, which permits all healthcare providers in New York State to view a patient’s entire medical record — as long as the patient grants permission.
This campaign explains if you are traveling and need health care anywhere in the HealthlinkNY region, your medical history can be available in the event of a mishap. I redesigned the website, and pulled the concept through additional campaign components, including TV, office posters, banners, convention materials, and outdoor billboards.
